Experience what happens when light is brought to dark. Come see what happens when we bravely look within holding the intention of wholeness, happiness and elevated consciousness.
Using our own birth given breath to alter our state to that of heightened awareness, allowing inner guidance to lead the journey into self awareness and integration. Adding to the healing effects of breathwork we can enhance that journey with guided meditation, focussing, self-introspection, circle sharing, movement and other useful and practical breathing techniques.
This workshop is appropriate for beginners as breathwork techniques will be taught yet some breathwork or similar altered state work is helpful (or a very open mind!) Experienced breathers are welcome and encouraged to deepen their experience and practice.
-eat a nourishing breakfast as lunch will consist of a **smoothie or similar
beverage due to the need to fast before the breathwork section of the
-wear warm comfortable clothing
**a high vibrational raw, nutritional dense smoothie (GF, vegan and soy, peanut, corn free) will be offered mid morning and a warm beverage afterwards as fasting is highly recommended for 4 hours before the breathwork section of the workshop.
**afterwards we will also offer a warming and grounding ayurvedic vegan meal called kitcharee.
