HUDSON — Three men charged with driving drunk were taken into custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers while appearing in Hudson City Court on Wednesday morning.
The detention of the three men was confirmed by Hudson Police Chief Edward Moore and their attorney, Michael C. Howard.
Carlos Eduardo Romero, 35, of Albany, Sortero F. Martinez, 41, and Audulio Gustavo Lopez-Garcia, 29, both of Hudson, were each charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, in separate incidents, Moore said.
Lopez was arrested Nov. 4, 2016, Romero was arrested Sept. 10, 2016, and Martinez, who was also charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, was arrested Jan. 21, Moore said.
