Work crews at historic Blue Stores have been working on the grounds and in the building since late last week. Documents filed in the Columbia County Clerk’s office indicate that the Blue Stores Hotel, at 2120 Route 9 in Livingston, largely destroyed by a suspicious fire just last year, has been sold. The buyer, according to official records, is Ken Krapf. The sale price was $30,000.
