The final week of the Copake Hillsdale Farmers Market is this Saturday, October 28th from 9AM to 1PM. We are under the covered barn at the Roeliff Jansen Park, 9140 Route 22, Hillsdale NY.

STOCK UP! Many of our vendors offer items that will last: jams, jellies, maple syrup, honey, pesto (frozen), pickles, frozen poultry and meat, charcuterie (salamis and cured sausages), baked goods that you can freeze, bottled wine, beer and cider, jars of smoked salt, and a farmers cheese from Jacuterie that is vacuum-sealed to last months in your refrigerator.

In addition, you can stock up a supply of fresh produce to can or preserve. Even pumpkins can be made into puree that will last for months in your freezer. Questions on this? Ask one of the farmers!

ARTISAN CRAFTERS & SPECIALTY FOOD PRODUCERS will be joining us! About 20 vendors will be just outside the covered barn. All season, customers have been remarking on the quality and assortment from the artisans and foodies — and we agree!

You will find many of your favorites — including warm, fresh made cider donuts from Great Cape Baking — as well as a first-time vendor, Deborah Klein’s Beaux Tricots. Many accept credit cards, making gift shopping more convenient.

LIVE MUSIC! We close out the season with the fabulous pair of Marilyn & Betsi, who have been very well-received in the past.

NEWSLETTER: Although this season is ending, we will be occasionally publishing our newsletter with news on where to find various vendors. Don’t miss it!
