COLUMBIA COUNTY FOOD TRUCK VILLAGE
AUGUST 22, 2019 – 5 TO 9PM – RAIN OR SHINE
KINDERHOOK VILLAGE SQUARE
NO ADMISSION CHARGE

FEATURING THE REVERBERATORS & THE AMY RYAN BAND
Sponsored by Columbia County Tourism, Community Bank, Kinderhook Business and Professional Association, Village of Kinderhook

Columbia County Food Truck Village, now in its sixth year, has become a highly anticipated twice-a-season summertime tradition that attracts visitors of all ages from throughout Columbia County and the Hudson Valley, the Capital Region, and the Berkshires to the historic Village of Kinderhook. Columbia County Food Truck Village is co-organized by the Kinderhook Business and Professional Association (KBPA) and the Village of Kinderhook Office of Economic Development and supported by funding from Columbia County Tourism and local businesses.

MORE FOOD TRUCKS + WINE
The June 2019 Columbia County Food Truck Village event drew a large crowd of visitors of all ages who enjoyed the food, the selection of local craft beers, and the music of two popular local bands. The August 22nd event will feature an even larger lineup of food trucks and vendors than the season’s first event. Wine lovers will welcome Classy Camper serving wine and wine cocktails. The event’s organizers are expecting 14 food trucks, two food-tent vendors, and three vendors selling local craft beer plus mixed wine drinks. Three food trucks new to the event will be participating: Papa’s Best Batch of Greig Farm in Red Hook, Wildfire Food Truck run by chef Paul Parillo, and Off the Hook Food Truck. Off the Hook Food Truck out of Hurley, Hew York, will be offering Columbia County Food Truck Village’s first-ever all-seafood menu, including shrimp, crab, fresh cod fish & chips, fried calamari, and lobster rolls.

PARKING + REROUTED TRAFFIC
On-street parking during the event will be available throughout the village. The village requests that when parking visitors avoid blocking driveway openings and respect private property. Hudson Street will be closed off from Broad Street to the Kinderhook municipal parking lot from 3 to 10pm. Through traffic to Route 9 will be rerouted by way of Sylvester Street and Williams Street. Local eateries on Hudson Street, Broad Street, and Chatham Street – Carolina House, Dyad Wine Bar, Saisonnier, and The Flammerie – will be open for business throughout the evening.
